my pins are graded at 2 different levels. when it comes to grading, please understand that enamel pins are a handmade item created by humans, not machines.

standard (commonly known as A grade) - contains little to no imperfections. guaranteed free of major imperfections, however may contain one imperfection as long as it doesn't take away from the overall quality of the pin - such as air bubbles, stray paint/glitter, plating defects (excluding backs), and gouged, missing, or low filled enamel. may contain slight scratches or scuffs from buffing process during production. 

all items purchased as a preorder item will be guaranteed to be standard grade.

seconds (commonly known as B grade) - may exhibit multiple of the imperfections mentioned above, or others such as bleeding colors, thicker metal lines, peeling, missing, or smeared enamel, or other unexpected problems.

if you have a question about your pin, please feel free to email me. please provide pictures of the pin in question as well as your order number to verify the pin grade you purchased.

all pins on hand will always be sold as standard grade. seconds grade pins will be sold at certain points throughout the year, and will be released at discounted rates due to their flaws.

emails are normally answered within 2-5 business days however, no emails will be answered on weekends.
please include your name and order number when inquiring about a specific order in an email. this will help me answer your question with less delay!

instagram DM's are very rarely checked. if i check DM's, any containing questions about orders will not respond to.

first and foremost, i try my best to accommodate all customers with any issues they may have with their order(s). please email me and explain your situation before you decide to begin a paypal claim. paypal claims do nothing but ensure you land on my blacklist.

returns: we do not accept returns. the grading policy has been explained thoroughly, therefore you know what you will receive after placing your order. the only exception would be if a mistake was made on my part, such as sending the incorrect pin.

⭐ exchanges: we will gladly exchange your pin if you did not receive what you ordered, or if you feel that the pin you received does not reflect the grade you purchased. pins that arrive with bent back posts will not be exchanged. a bent back post can easily be fixed using pliers or even scissors. [ the customer will be expected to pay for the postage required for an exchange. ]

⭐ cancellations: an order can be cancelled at any time, as long as it has not shipped. once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be cancelled nor refunded. preorder items that are still in the preorder stage can be cancelled at any time.

unfortunately due to the tax registration issues with brexit, we will no longer be shipping to the uk. i sincerely apologize for this extreme inconvenience.

please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship, with the exception of directly after a pin release or restock due to the high volume of orders.

packages are shipped via USPS 1st class mail, and USPS 1st class international mail. all orders include tracking. once shipped, please allow a waiting period of 2-10 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. please keep in mind that covid, weather conditions, and holidays may affect delivery times.

when placing an order, please verify that your address is correct. i use an automated shipping system, so the address that is attached to the order will be the address to where the package will be mailed. blvckmoons is not responsible for any packages that have been lost, stolen, or misdelivered while in the care of USPS. if a package is returned, an email will be sent to the address attached on the order. if no response is received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled and the purchaser will receive a refund of the product cost minus shipping fees. if the purchaser would like the package to be redelivered, they will be held responsible for additional shipping fees. 

NOTE: buyers are responsible for any increase in shipping costs. international shoppers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes, & Postage Fees.

contact your local post office!!

after a package has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided alongside the order that contains tracking information. you can track packages using the usps site or your post office online site via the tracking number. in the event that its been more than 3-5 days with no updates on the site, we recommend visiting your local post office or giving them a call. you can open a missing package case and they should be able to further assist you. once a package has entered the care of usps, blvckmoons is no longer held responsible. only orders that have requested and paid for added insurance can receive their money back from a lost or stolen package.

please note: international deliveries normally take longer - anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to be delivered. unfortunately the time frame is out of my control and i am unable to provide any assistance beyond requesting you contact your post office or wait. 

there have been some cases where a tracking number email was sent to the incorrect email, or not sent at all. email me at blvckmoons@yahoo.com if this is the case with you and tracking information will gladly be given. 

once a design is placed into the clearance section, all pins are combined together regardless of their grade and sold at a discounted rate. essentially what "as is" means is that by purchasing a clearance pin, you are agreeing to receiving the design at the discounted rate regardless of the grade. 

please do not ask for "the best one". pins are selected at random and there will be no favoritism towards customers.

preorder item waiting periods generally take anywhere from 3 weeks to 8 weeks. the time frame depends on a variety of factors, for example: if the order was for a single design vs multiple designs (single design will arrive quicker), if the design is intricate or simple, the amount of colors a design has, if the design has additions other than regular enamel (such as glitter or screenprinted work), or if the design was ordered around Chinese holiday periods.

while we can always hope that no issues arise during production, the reality is that sometimes issues do happen and unfortunately this will lengthen the time it takes for a preorder to arrive. i always try to be as transparent as possible in the rare case that i have issues with the production of my product. if you are concerned about the status of a preorder item, feel free to shoot me an email and i will gladly let you know what is going on. 

preorder listings are always discounted. all money made from preorder listings goes directly towards the production cost of that product. the total amount of preorders made available is equal to the least amount of product needed to be sold at the discounted preorder rate in order to fully fund the base production cost. in other words, if coupons were to be allowed to be used on preorders, then the base funding goal would not be met. 

therefore, any coupon that allows a discount on the base price of a product will not be eligible for use with preorders (such as 10% off an order of $20+).

the only coupons that can be used with preorders are free shipping coupons.

short answer: no.

unfortunately, discount codes will no longer be retroactively applied to orders. in the case of a sitewide discount code being available, the code will be found on the welcome banner of the website home page, as well as the announcement banner found on the top of every page accessed. i hope to also add a notice on the checkout page reminding customers to input any discount codes they may possibly have before completing their transaction. as such, since sufficient notice is given throughout the website concerning coupon codes, the decision has been made to no longer apply them after order completion.
